i... am steve, and this is #2 of a series of posts ill be making to act as a space for me to just talk and yap and share things that im working on:

to start off, the website has now evolved into its final form (for now at least), its very clean, very presentable. and an html5 version of the game can now be played from the website, to some degree at least. this game now exists on windows, mac, your browser, if theres demand for it, maybe one day linux, or a toaster, maybe one day in movie theaters and I can get Chris Pratt to voice act the characters.

as of recently ive been putting together the second boss, who goes by the name of Yawning Lord Yellow Devil. another victim of demon queen deity. he attempts to swiftly put an end to hamachi using his raw strength, only to be deflected by hamachis possessor. in a quick change of plans, he unveils the Haphazard Demon Cube, a demonically charged instrument of chaos magic that sends whoever touches it into an alternate dimension. yellow devil flees into the cube and hamachi gives chase, jumping from dimension to dimension by completing short rapid challenges. if the player fails a challenge, they get sent back to the initial starting room..... im not surprised if ur wondering, what the hell did I just read? but yeah that's the boss

the goal of each challenge is to reach the cube within a set amount of time, theres a lot of variety. for instance, you might get stuck in a world where your forced to run track. (just dont stop and look at the spectators, you dont belong there. and they know it.)

or you'll need to fish the cube out from a claw machine

take on a fight with an observer riding on a piece of two legged sushi

get to work with your newly acquired medical license

run away from the beast

catch the cube!

offer some emotional support?

determine which route you'll pursue further

or find yourself stuck in hell against a mini boss.

suddenly the sky is a little clearer, the water is a little bluer, the roads a little bumpier, the jumps are harder, thelevelsdeeper,thecharacterssmarter,thesoundisharder,thegraphicscooler,thesecretsdarker,thedangersfierceandthechallengeawholelotTOUGHER.

then suddenly you realize this cube could do anything, ZERO LIMITS

i dont want to spoil how this comes to an end. so this comes the end of this post.
